By way of introduction for those who haven’t followed me for long, I am Martyn Linton, Founder of The Linton Consultancy Ltd. My background is hospitality, security, and law enforcement. It was during my policing career that my passion for helping and teaching others intensified and as a result I became involved with training partner agencies and coaching new officers. Since 2018 I have been a Gangs lecturer teaching law enforcement professionals globally. In the UK, my teaching has included members of the NHS, the probation service, Social Care, and HM Prisons with over 1000 people trained so far. and increasing daily.
The Linton Consultancy Ltd is thrilled to welcome Lonnie Engleman to the team, she is an accomplished professional in change and transformation with a wealth of diverse experience from across a variety of sectors, predominantly health (NHS), and disciplines. She puts people at the heart of transition to new ways of working, as a leader she is compassionate, empathetic, listens and communicates with relevance to her audience. Lonnie will be managing my admin and office function as well as assisting with business operations.
